Guest guest
Slowly inhale 20 seconds , hold (suspend) breath for 20 seconds, and slowly exhale for 20 seconds. If I have the time I would end every Yoga session with 11 minutes of this breath. It is a wonderfully integrating and grounding way to bring the effects of your yoga to your walking around consciousness.
