Pranayama - question

¿Should I follow an order to perform the following

pranayamas?

 

- Alternate breathing .... 5 mins.

- One minute breath ...... 5 mins.

- Breath of Fire ......... 3-5 mins.

Slowly inhale 20 seconds , hold (suspend) breath for 20 seconds, and slowly

exhale for 20 seconds. If I have the time I would end every Yoga

session with 11 minutes of this breath. It is a wonderfully integrating and

grounding way to bring the effects of your yoga to your walking around

consciousness.
