this experience must be so so wonderful! i want to

thank you for sharing it with us....i am truly truly

amazed at all this...i mean your's and many other's

'supernatural ' experiences....not that i have not

heard of them before..but hearing them from the person

who has experienced it ,.is so different! i

shamelesssly confess that i so much want to to reach

thos ' level ' myself.. as a beginner in ky , i often

wonder " when will i experience all this?" or when

will i reach this level?" but i now anticipation and

expectations brong nothing but dissapointments! so

i'll keep trying...but i want to thank you and each

and everyone else for sharing their experiences

here...though i might not answer all of them i

definitely enjoy reading them and learn alot from

them.

All thanks to people like Gururattan, Gordon, Dharam

and many others!thankyou...

Sat Nam,

> when I do the excersises I love them. I love the way my body feels tingly

and

Fabulous. Get into it. This is a core of self love.

Thanks to Gururattans advise I have not been so

> hard on myself lately. I let my relax into the feelings which is much much

nicer and it is a lot easier to relax into what feels good rather than to

constantly try and search to find the feelings to experience. Now I am

> experiencing these nice things during meditation without having the

beforehand thought or plan to try to feel them. (which didn't work) Its like

the feeling sneaks up on me, when I realize that IM feeling it, it goes

away-like I come back down from it just by trying to put it in a thought

> form.....

This is great.

>

> IM not saying this is my Kundalini awakening because I don't know what

this is.

You don't have to know. It is the unknown.

I don't feel anything actually moving up my spine.

Most of us don't.

I just feel pressure in different places like, lowerback, mid chest and

head. But this

> is not a singular smooth movement.

This is opening of the chakras.

did not feel natural and at first I thought I wouldn't be able to breath in

and I

Give your heart a voice. Your throat will open up.
