Thank your for your explanation. Yes indeed the astral world and the

spririt world are different dimensions of reality.

 

For Guru Tera Kaur and others, place your hands on your heart when you go to

bed and get up and any other time and tell your heart you are listening to

it. To anyone else ask them for assistance in listening to your own heart.

Dear Guru Tera Kaur,

 

I read about your experiencing communication with the astral realm. You most

likely are not delusional or "highly imaginitive" speaking from experience I

can tell you that this experience is possible and that there are many kind

and knowledgeable helpers, teachers, friends, etc...willing to assist you

in spiritual endeavors....the problem is once you can hear them and they

know this, if you are not careful and deliberate others will begin to

attempt communication with you--and some are not always ideal for this.

After time it can be difficult to distinguish who is who because others

can come as "Cecil" and not be Cecil...they astral world is the place

of the Moon..a place of trickery and deception and a place of inspiration

and awe inspiring beauty...easily one can become seduced by such

experiences.

However, do not be carried away by this contact and also know that if Cecil

is a helper and guide for you she/he would definately agree with this

advice.Trust yourself before trusting voices from somewhere else...otherwise

you can start to feel crazy...I am not exagerating...a few years ago when I

began experiencing the very thing you are speaking of it was incredibly

wonderful and yet incredibly distracting...I say this because maybe not now

but at some point depending on your receptivity---Cecil will not be the only

one to contact you...who do you decide to listen to? ....it is hard to know.

Even if one gives sound advice, another one will come along and give sound

advice--but completely opposite to the advice from the first one....do you

see what I am getting at?.....

I know we have helpers and guides with us always and it is not wrong to

establish a connection with these elements..but please remember this is

not a "spiritual thing" but a "psychic thing" which is a complementary

function that generally accompanies spiritual practice for most people

sooner or later. If you feel overwhelming love in your communication with

Cecil then I would remain open yet alert to this connection...otherwise

you become like a human ouji board ---and you don't want this......

It is a new world to understand---but the astral demension and it's

functioning is beyond our comprehension or logical deductions....

it is the place where dreams are made--it is the place of the subconcious

mind...please don't think that the thoughts you might pick up there

are neccesarily yours....think of yourself as a radio receiver and

do not get carried away but remain highly selective...don't "open yourself

up" but guard yourself..not in a fearful way but in a knowing and wise way.

Hearing the voice of your higher self or guru through inner hearing or

clairaudience is a distinctly different thing than communicating with astral

entities...you will learn to know the difference---but most of all you will

feel the difference in your heart.

This letter is not to cause fear...it took me awhile to understand these

concepts on my own...I felt a bit crazy on the way...and I don't want to

undervalue the experience of this for you because I know how loving

some astral beings are and how valuable it is to feel their support...

but I don't want you to get wrapped up or carried away in something that has

nothing to do with Kundalini yoga or God Realization---it is a power we all

possess and in the proccess of our finetuning our beings--this is a natural

and exciting by-product....just REMEMBER the realm of the astral is NOT the

realm of the spirit (that is an important fact to understand)_.... however,

feel blessed that you are well on your way to peircing the veil.
