Could it be that my heart Chakra is so much closed? Yes. It will come. Love your experiences. Even in maditation I feel enery or joy in rest of my > body but pain in my heart? Hold the whole world in your heart and love everyone and everything. BTW, it often takes time to open the heart. Heart twists in the flexibility of the spine series of KYTraining lessons are good to open the heart. Do these every day. If you have my book Transitions to a Heart Centered World there are lots of sets for the heart. This will get you going. Love yourself too. Guest guest
Thank you Anne, and Gururattan I think you are very much right. I had a kind of wonderful heart breaking experience, may be year and half ago, which left an onion with a lots of layers to be peeled. Interesting part of all that is, before my (heart-braking) experience I was used to experience very relexing and deep mediation. After when pain entered my mind then I could not achive same level of deepth in mediation, but I started to get energy bulit up in my head and spine. Even today I don't reach the same level of deepth in meditation, but each day I am getting closer ( I guess the onion is getting smaller and the leyer are being peeled). I will share with you what I think, I have learned from my experience: sometime, at the conscious level of our mind we might be very secure, feel joy and free of fears and pain. But there might be hidden pain and fears in the sub-conscious level of the mind. This is when in life we get experience(s) which like a hook pulls out these hidden fears and pain from the sub conscious to the conscious mind, so we can work them out. (so during this working out time period, we might not reach same level of deepth in meditation , because some part of conscious mind space is invaded by these new fears). So I think more we work out our hidden fears conscuously, more we win back our mind space which was invaded, and more free we feel. I don't know if I am being clear enough in making sense. sorry if there are too many spelling mistakes. thanks, Rajiv > > Find a job, post your resume. > http://careers. Guest guest
Dear Rajiv, Your explanation is clear. > sometime, at the conscious level of our mind we might be very secure, feel joy and free of fears and pain. There is a lot to work out and the more we do the more conscious we become and the more empowered we feel. It is the awakening process.
