Over the many years I have had problems with high blood presser. And

this last few days it has gone high again. My pause is fast. Will

this go away soon?

walking is important, also there is a Chinese herb that seems to have

no side effects. formula called, Luo bu ma. in pill form. it made me a

little groggy for a day or two then felt fine and the good thing is within a

few days it lowered my blood pressure. within 2 weeks I was 120/72 my

normal. I had had high blood pressure for 6 months. I have to get on that

walking now.

wish you well.

Cyndi:

Luo han quo is a kind of fruit that you can make a drink from cooking

to take internal heat down. It is sold at Chinese Herbs store in dry

fruit form (dark brown ball) and little cubes as instant tea.
