Ginger is good for strengthening your nervous system. Yogi tea, in general, is

good for you. Ginger tea is easy to make. Make it strong by slow

boiling a big hunk of it in a couple quarts of water for 15 -20 minutes. Add

honey and milk to make it palatable but delicious. You can make of

habit of this, especially if you are in a cooler climate and you are not too

Pitta in your contitution.

Hello to all.

 

I love Ginger tea with lemon and honey...but I'm

Pitta. I never tryed it with milk. Will milk reduce

the streinght of Gin.? Can I have it at least

sometimes?
