Guest guest
Hi Gurruattan I did the left eye meditation today. WOW. I don't know any certain procedure, I just sat down and looked into my left eye and made (what I call) the "shift." My face began bleeding into other faces. I watched myself shifting from Old and wrinkled faces to fat healthy baby faces. I was black, white, Asian, many nationalities even animals. I was fat & thin. I was scarred with terrible cuts, burned and marred, covered in sores, the same as I was fresh and new beautiful and young, I was happy, sad, scared, powerful, pitiful, helpless, hurtful, cruel, proud, innocent and caring and hateful. Tears fell from my eye but I could not feel them on my skin. I had no sense of being a singular person. the word person is so small to describe who we are. I have been so many things. I am trees and air. I am all emotions and yet I am no emotion except love. My heart just kept saying "I love you" to each one of "Me" and I except that which is all of me . The awareness that I am every child while still I am also every elder is mindbogling. I am every wind. I only make myself feel like I am not one with all of these things. My human face that I call "me' is a whisper lost in the dark compared to what I really am, to what we all really are. Our reality is all. We are a reflection of all that is. Sat Nam Guru tera KAur Today Cecil pointed this page out in a book that I tried to read about 5 years ago and still haven't ..```````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````` And a man said, Speak to us of Self-knowledge. And he answered, saying: Your hearts know in silence the secrets of the days and the nights. But your ears thirst for the sound of your hearts knowledge. You would know in words that which you have always known in thought. You would touch your fingers the naked body of your dreams. And it is well you should. The hidden well-spring of your soul must needs rise and run murmuring to the sea; And treasure of your infinite depths would reveal to your eyes. But let there be no scales to weigh your unknown treasure; and seek not the depths of your knowledge with staff or sounding line. For the self is a sea boundless and measureless. Say not,"I have found the truth," but rather "I have found a truth." Say not, "I have found the path of the soul. "Say rather, I have met the soul walking upon my path." For the soul walks upon all paths. The soul walks not upon a line, neither does it grow like a reed. The soul unfolds itself, like a lotus of countless petals. ``````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````
Guest guest
Dear Guru Tera Kaur, Wow that is quite an experience! So I must explain to everyone this meditation. I gave it to Guru Tera Kaur to love herself. I see it works! The meditation is simple. Look into your left eye in the mirror. Meditate on your left eye. The left eye is the soul eye. The right eye is the worldly eye or the eye of this life time. If you look into your left eye you will connect with your soul. It is also very handy to know that if you look into other people's left eye and not their right eye you will have less conflict and more direct soul communication. Try it. We await your experiences. For the man who wrote that he feels his heart is shut, try this meditation. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur

Guest guest
Wow! I tried this left eye meditation today. most that happened was some shifting on my face. then after a while I had a white glow around my head about an inch. and then I started to cry. my right eye cried most because it was afraid, and my left eye cried for the love. I felt my soul trying to confer t me telling me every thing was ok. then I started to chock and cough. I know that with this being my first time things where kind of hard. but I will work on it till I can get over the fear. Sat Nam Siri Devta Kaur Find a job, post your resume. http://careers.
