Guest guest
Yes Nicole?, (that was what was taught), It is when I am truly focused @ my 3rd eye that I find myself "transcended" to that mysterious "level" and open to the wonders that a deep state like that can bring. Thanks for writing, Heather
Guest guest
Good Morning to all. It is a big problem for almost all beginners to concentrate on meditation and stop mind to wonder. Once I read about our brain and there was a statement that our mind works when our eyes move. If we stop them our mind will go blank. Therefor concentrate on the third eye while meditating is very helpful as well as candle flame meditation. Would like to know what others think or experienced? Thanks. Nicole. ===== My best regards. Guest guest
Focusing at the tip of the nose is best if your mind is really busy. It still stimulates the pituitary-pineal connection but in a more grounded way. pituitary - about accurately perceiving "reality" pineal - openness to the possibilities When these two glands begin to open the connection between them, the sweet stuff happen...ambrosia, nectar, amrit. There are many poems about this. nicole cursel wrote: > Good Morning to all. > It is a big problem for almost all beginners to > concentrate on meditation and stop mind to wonder. > Once I read about our brain and there was a statement > that our mind works when our eyes move.
