Guest guest
Hi Nicole, For three years now I was using these Chinese liquid supplements to boost my energy (I am a bodyworker). Tongren Wuji Baifeng -- Black Chicken Essence (Really good for females); Yi Wang Royal Jelly and Select Herbs; They seem to be out of Bee 2000 product, which I really liked, But may be ROYAL LIQUID will be good instead. Check these names here: http://www.sinoherbking.com/sk2/anjisuan.html Sat Nam, Jeren, Indianapolis

Guest guest
For a quick wake-me-up hold the arms out to the sides and up 60 degrees and do breath of fire for 2-3 minutes. Or if you don't know breath of fire-stand up straight with the arms straight out to the front at shoulder height. Inhaling, come up on the toes, exhaling the heels come back to the floor. Continue up and down. This brings oxygen to the brain. When I was getting my Master's degree and had to study late into the night a steady diet of ginseng tea helped alot to maintain my energy. I used liquid ginseng in hot water. This takes a few weeks to build up in the system, it does not work on the spot.
