It is very inspirational how Kundalini Yoga -> chat has grown! Thanks for mentioning that. You are one of the sages of our group. :+) > I do yoga since I was 18, now I am 41, Hatha, Raja, Bhakti, Buddhi, > Agni, Kundalini, Ashtanga; Visual Yoga Then maybe when you have time you can explain to the group the differences between the different yogas. We had a question on that which needs a more complete answer. Would be interesting from someone who has done them all. Guest guest
Dear Group, My name is Jeren Touch-Werner, and I was following some of the messages here from the very start. It is very inspirational how Kundalini Yoga - chat has grown! I do yoga since I was 18, now I am 41, Hatha, Raja, Bhakti, Buddhi, Agni, Kundalini, Ashtanga; Visual Yoga (that is close to Native American Journeys). Taught flexibility for joints, some yoga, Spiritual Dance and Yoga. From last October to this October turns out had 23 seminars, 16 of them to become Advanced Myofascial Release Specialist. (John Barnes'page: www.myofascialrelease.com ). I miss my Kundalini Yoga teacher Jude Jackson here in Indianapolis. She is great. I should start showing up for a class. Now when I am over the bulk of classes. Great Group, Great People! Warmly, Jeren
