Guest guest
Dear Friends, Sat Nam! Last night I had dinner with the Secretary General of 3HO (Happy Healthy Holy Organization -- the outreach for spreading the teachings of Yogi Bhajan and Kundalini yoga. Guru Amrit Kaur sees Yogi Bhajan on a daily basis when they are both in Espanola or they travel together. She explained about his health. The big toe of his left foot has been amputated under the nail. This is all due to diabetes. It is in the process of healing and the next 2 weeks are critical. If the infection goes away he will be safe from further amputation. If not they may have to amputate the rest of the big toe up into the foot. This is scarey because he would have to go under anesthesia. This is a critical time for prayers. Everyone is invited to pray with the intention of healing his foot and his kidneys. Intention focuses the energy. He was seeing progress and the word came out to that effect. Then people relaxed their prayers and his foot got worse. We must keep up our prayers at all times because he lives off our prayers at this point in his life. He has said many times, it is only through our prayers that he is still alive. Prayer is a simple humble holding of an intention in your mind and caring in your heart and asking for assistance. THe mantra RA MA DA SA SA SAY SO HUNG is the most powerful healing mantra that Yogi Bhajan has given us. He loves us to chant this for him. He keeps the CD of Gurunam on in his home. (available at www.yogatech.com) Whatever the modality, we invite you to hold Yogi Bhajan in your heart sometime during the day (walking and driving are fine too! Then we train ourselves to be living prayers.) Reike is great too. One last gift to each of you. The most powerful thing we can do at this time is to stay neutral. Don't get caught up in evaluating, judging, criticizing, supporting or having an opinion about what is happening. We really don't know what is happening at a deep energetic level and how forces are being played out. In neutrality we find universal love which is a neutral force and essence of all life. Sat Nam and Peace, Gururattan Kaur
