You can start out with visualization which can help focus your mind and set your intention. But be aware that visualization is mental and feeling is physical. Over time the sensations will be generated and then your focus will turn to the feelings. Your goal is to be present to what IS and not be making up something that detracts you from being present in your complete awareness of what is actually happening. Be patient with the process.
