qtn regarding excercise

THe later is recommended so you do the whole set and get its benefits.

You can start out with visualization which can help focus your mind and set

your intention. But be aware that visualization is mental and feeling is

physical. Over time the sensations will be generated and then your focus

will turn to the feelings. Your goal is to be present to what IS and not be

making up something that detracts you from being present in your complete

awareness of what is actually happening. Be patient with the process.

Patience pays.

Hello Gururattanji,

hope your doing great..i have started doing the spinal

flexes.and i have some doubts regarding that.

1- i do not have time to do all the exercises in a

go.so is it ok to prctice a set of exercises like the
