Guest guest
Dear Harbajan Kaur, SA TA NA MA meditation will take away the auric pain caused by the separation of auras. This is in one of the KYtraining lessons. 31 minutes every day until the pain subsides. Highly recommened for getting energy of old relationships out of your aura. It works. Guest guest
After 18 years, occasionally something would trigger the pain and anger that started when my husband cheated with other women. He made me feel then I was no good, he did not hesitate to let me know he never cared or loved me. I stayed in the relationship on large part because of our 3 kids (now grown). Hateful feelings against 2 of these women are still strong. I know this is not good for me. I would love to one day have compassion for them, (because both had husbands and kids and were unfaithful). I would love to see them or hear their names and not have my stomach become knots. Would SA TA NA MA work for this? Any other meditation suggestion would be welcome. Guest guest
Dear Norma, > After 18 years, occasionally something would trigger the pain and anger that started when my husband cheated with other women. He made me feel then I was no good, he did not hesitate to let me know he never cared or loved It may seem harsh, but you listened to him. This is what you have to change. Meditate on the beauty in your soul eye by looking into a mirror and meditating on your left eye. Believe me, once you don't listen to any of these lies, no one will tell them to you anymore. And by chance if they do, you will realize it is their story not yours. I would love to one day have compassion for them, > (because both had husbands and kids and were unfaithful). I would love to see them or hear their names and not have my stomach become knots. You will when you have compassion for yourself. It just can't happen the other way around. Would SA TA NA MA work for this? Yes, definitely. Start with this. 31 minutes a day. Feels like 120 days would be good, maybe even 1000. You will shift internally. Any other meditation suggestion would be welcome. You can add others later. We will be here. Please keep us posted.
