Guest guest
- Does anyone know the link to "one minute breath" page? I have some questions about this exercise: - In the part when holding the breath, I've been doing root lock and pulling in the navel point, and after 10 seconds of holding, I apply neck lock. ¿Is this ok? or it has to be done without any locks? - When finishing one round, I cannot go right away to the next round, I have to take a few seconds and the go, ¿does it has to be done continuos ? As far as I know that is fine. In fact, I think it is a good idea. I do something during the holding section to pass the time. Actually to keep up and be able to hold it 20 seconds. :+) I pump my navel point. > > - When finishing one round, I cannot go right away to > the next round, I have to take a few seconds and the > go, ¿does it has to be done continuos ? Yes, that's the trick. Practice 15 seconds and then work up to 20. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur

Is this correct in KY? Neck lock opens up the energy between the body and the head. I guess that would avoid too much pressure. It is definitely a good thing to do. But remember the lock is a way of opening. Be gentle and make it an alignment. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
Guest guest
Dear Gururattan: Thank you for your response. ¿Is it necessary to apply neck lock after 10 seconds of holding the breath in any pranayama exercise that has a holding section? I read that this should be done to avoid too much pressure to the brain. Is this correct in KY? Sat Nam! Carlos Find the one for you at Personals http://personals.
