Guest guest
Unless you are willing to invest fully in a (any) program and have the full experience you wont know to what extent your eating habits are affecting your mind, body and overall wellbeing. If money is really an issue I can understand that, but if it isn't what can I tell you? There are a million books out there on juicing. Try an' piece something together as comprehensive as the "Arise and Shine" cleanse. You might have a "GOD" experience if you're lucky. But I can guarantee a very powerful experience if you have the discipline to stick to the plan for 4 weeks. And as far as the money, I see people spending $2000 for a one week retreat and makeover at Pura Vida....or wherever. I'd rather stay home and make a change using what I have around me and learn something about how to integrate what I learn into a lifestyle. I wish I could say that tripping out of a cabana and into a fruit smoothee every morning with a bunch of cuties around me is what I could consider an average day. Do you have the Arise and Shine book? You can learn a lot from it (coffee enemas is a tiny part of it) but without the herbs, psylllium, clay, and other supplements you will do well for yourself but the results might not be "graphic" enough to make an impact. It's like doing a meditation for only five minutes or only keeping up with a discipline for only a week. You'll have a nice experience but I doubt that you be able to say with authority that this can move mountains of karma or heal deep splits in one's mind, body and spirit. Regarding coffee enemas. I have been working on the same pound for years. Three tablespoons is plenty, believe me! Guest guest
I think that the best method to cleanse really the colon and all the digestive tract is the yoga program known as shankaprakshalan. For that you only have to stop eating the night before beginng and at the morning you drink two glasses of tepid water mixed with a little marine salt, then you do a set of asanas to move the bowels and dancig or physical exercise for about 10 minutes, then again you drink another two glasses of water with salt and repeat the procedure until you have diarreha and your intestines are cleansed. You know when stop because your stools are liquid and very pure and cristaline, as water. Then you rest for an hour or so and eat mug beans and rice only with ghee. The following days your diet must be vegetrian with no raw vegs and rather mild cooked. Guest guest
Hello, Do you know that set of asanas? Could you share, please? And also do you know how often this could be done?
