Anything that oxygenates the cells of the body, brings renewed ability to focus and pull information from the vast storehouse we all have access to. That would include an alkaline diet of mostly vegetable(80%) and some proteins (20%), breath of fire whenever that tired brain fog comes around, cold showers in the morning, Kundalini yoga sets that activate the brain and other sets that activate the pituitary, and finally, the use of organic essential oils to increase the oxygen levels (frankincense is very valuable).
