salt and cleansing

The salt may actually toughen and make brittle the stuff we want to eliminate.

The softer mucus comes out but not the more tenacious stuff. Over

time, of course, an alkaline diet and lots of Mung Beans and Rice will clear

away much stuff.

The reason for the salt is to simply allow the water to have a salinity

level close to that of the human body so that it doesn't irritate your stomach

and intestines.

I do Elephant Kriya with 2 quarts of very warm, saline water but very little of

this water makes it past the stomach into the intestine. I throw

it up after massaging my stomach and abdomen. Yogiji says that men need to do

this 2x a week. It makes me receptive and softer...... and clears

away mucus in the stomach.

Other problems with salt:

Salt (Sodium Chloride) is not organic (even sea salt) and it displaces the

organic sodium already in your body. Additionally if you have blood

pressure problems you're asking for more problems.
