Guest guest
OK, I suggest starting tomorrow. I do a 30-min set of warm-up stretch exercise- and I do stretch pose. Now I'll add the brain meditation that someone suggested. Anyone who is thinking about joining in- You cannot believe how powerful this yoga is until you try it. After only 10 days of 30 minutes a day, which really I would like to work up to 1 hr a day- I can feel how the postures improve every day. My mood is balanced. I feel calm and confident. This is not how I 'normally' feel. Join in. I'd love to hear from each person how you feel as you go along. Kartar Kaur ps: In case anyone wants the exercises I do described in detail I will, or check out the Kundalini class on line. - In Kundaliniyoga, MieshaLarkins@a... wrote: > Ok, me too. > Let me know what to do and when to start. > > Sat Nam > Guru Tera Kaur

Guest guest
I have also started today. It just happened! I tried to get my 29yr old son to join me but the timing wasn't right for him. The urge just came over me during one of our early AM talks on my one day off. He is at transistion in his life and has come back home to straighten things out. It has been constructive so far. I have been reading all of your E's about commiting to the 40 day's and thought that with my schedule it would be difficult and not practical (I work 12hr shifts 5-6 days a wk from 7p to 7a) but here I am with you all. I had to share this because I feel so connected. I didn't even let his cold feet at trying something new discourage me. I especially find the suggestion of dividing it into 2 segments with long sat nams before going to sleep helpful. Thanks Sandy (Jiwan Kaur) -
Guest guest
Me, too! I'd begun the brainwave meditation last month, but didn't continue for 40 days. I'm ready to jump back in, and began this a.m. I was heartened by Sandy's (Jiwan Kaur) posting with respect to her long work week. I often feel pressed for time but don't want that pressure to become a barrier. Knowing that other people are doing this at the same time helps. I don't recall who originally proposed "Let's start yoga", but I'm glad they did. Sat Nam Chris B
