HI Paul,

Sat means truth and Nam means name. together they mean

'truth is my identity'.You have to internally chant

Sat Nam.As you inhale menatally chant Sat(rhyming with

'cut')but keep elongating the 'u' till yhr inhalation

ends.like Saaaaaaaaaat.AS you exhale, mentally chant

Nam(rhyming with 'palm')and keep elongating the 'aa'

in it till exhalation ends.like Naaaaaaaam.the lesson

says that it clenses the mind of negative programing.

I will definately be trying that out.... i heard that

when doing anything of that nature that it is good to

keep the tongue pressed against the roof of the mouth.

 

I am from the USA, south dakota to be more exact....

whats India like, i have always wanted to go there....
