Guest guest
Dear Aparna, You are on the right path. Keep doing brainwave meditation. The stronger you get the more you will be able to focus your mind and your energy. If you have time for more than 31 minutes of this meditation per day, add the navel set -- one of first lessons. Guest guest
Hi Everyone , I started my meditation from today for 40 days.I started with brainwave meditation as someone suggested.I thought it will give me confidence for my exam which is round the corner.Yes it is so though it is only my first day i feel myself more stronger.Hope this meditation gives me more concentration in my task & increase in memory power as i need it very much as i have to manage my family as housewife as well as a person preparing for higher studies. Can anyone tell me whether I am in the right path.If you have some other suggestion for increasing concentration & improve memory power i will be happy to take your advice as i am desperately in need of both & as of my present status I lag in both. Guest guest
Dear Aparna, I just wanted to add to concentrate on one thing in the Brainwave meditation per time, i.e choose between focusing on the nose, pumping the navel, feeling the jupiter fingers steady and straight. Do not shift from one to the other. For you, you need to train your mind to focus on one thing. Training is practice, practice, practice. Guest guest
SAt Nam, Do you advice ladies to meditate even in their menstrual cycle? Ladies SHOULD mediate during their menstrual cycle. Is is a perfect and required time to be inner. No heavy navel exercises, but gentle ky is fine. Both help to relieve PMS. Guest guest
Dear Aparna, I want to make a correction to the following. > I just wanted to add to concentrate on one thing in the Brainwave meditation per time, i.e choose between focusing on the nose, pumping the navel, feeling the jupiter fingers steady and straight. Do not shift from one to > the other. For you, you need to train your mind to focus on one thing. Concentrate on the nose and then the awareness of the navel will open up. The nose focuses the mind which is what you need. Do not concentrate of the Jupiter fingers. I tried this is am and it defintely did not work for me. It creates a duality and split attention. You need to concentrate on one point -- the nose which focuses the third eye. Then you can be aware of the navel, while continuing to keep focus on the nose.
