Guest guest
Hello, my name is Michael and I have had an "activated kundalini" in many years now. I didn,t understand that in many years but now I know. I have some questions about the "exercises". Is it OK to use all the "exercises" in kundaliniyoga even when you have an "activated kundalini"? About how many percent of the information in the two manuals "Transitions to a heart-centered world" and "relax and renew" are the same? Is it worth to buy both of them? Guest guest
Dear Michael, Hello, my name is Michael and I have had an "activated kundalini" in many years now. I didn,t understand that in many years but now I know. I have some questions about the "exercises". Is it OK to use all the "exercises" in kundaliniyoga even when you have an "activated kundalini"? * Yes, but you will want to concentrate on grounding the energy in the lower chakras. Transitions is good for that. About how many percent of the information in the two manuals "Transitions to a heart-centered world" and "relax and renew" are the same? 10% - mostly the introductory information on KY. Is it worth to buy both of them? Yes, almost all the sets and medittions are different and the theme is different. The Stress Reduction meditations will be good to soothe your kundallini. Also do the strengthening nervous system sets in both books. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
