Guest guest
Hello, Yes people are doing it where they are and at whatever time. I know that the pre-dawn hours (4-6) are very good for kundalini yoga, but I don't sleep too well, so I do my yoga at 6 am. Ironically, I'm the one who started this idea, and I'm thrilled that so many people are doing it, and I haven't done yoga for 3 days because I have a sinus infection and feel sooo bad! Ha. But I'll be back. Try to do it for 40 days without a miss, you will see the best results. but of course you will benefit however much you do it. I once had a teacher that said that doing yoga while ill, especially with the flu, will make the illness worst. Now that winter is here, I was wondering, if this is correct? Best wishes for good health to all shoshana
