Guest guest
The only limitations I have are those I impose upon myself. Aparna, Have you considered the "time of day" that you are trying to meditate? I have noticed that I get better results when I meditate at between 3:30am and 4:00am. I can't seem to still my mind if I try starting later in the day. I feel that everyone has that "sweet spot" during the day that they can tune-in better than any other time of the day. Maybe you should consider that? Also, the longer you keep trying to sit and be still at the same time of day, the easier it becomes to still the body and the mind. Patience is a virtue. Don't rush into stillness if your body or mind is running. Take a look and see why stillness is evading you. It may be something you have overlooked. No expectations. Just sit and be and breathe.
