Sat Nam Priya,

 

You mention that when you meditate you get so absorbed that you

forget to breathe. What I have experienced in different situations is when I

am in a deep state of relaxation or meditation, my breathe seems to be very

slow and would appear not to be there. What is happening is that my breathe

has gone deeper into my system working automatically without my

consciousness. It is a very different feeling. It is nothing to be frighten

by.

Our breathe works either automatically or consciously. So rest assured

that you are fine.
