Guest guest
To all the folks asking about snoring, I would suggest the following. Many people have food sensitivities that they are unaware of. These often lead to congestion, mucus buildup and, yup, snoring. The best way to find out is to have a food sensitivity test performed- an excellent test is the Food Allergy Profile (IgE and IgG) from Great Smokies Diagnostic Laboratory, 63 Zillicoa Street, Ashville, NC 28801-1074. See if your doc can order a test kit- it just requires blood samples. The most usual culprits are dairy, wheat, corn, eggs, yeast, and so on in decreasing order. In my case, either dairy or corn products will make me snore, just like that. So, before looking for esoteric yoga meditations to stop snoring, take a look at what you are eating. Another way to test yourself would be using applied kineseology to test foods, or trying a simple elimination plan where you stay off a certain food (eg. dairy) for a few days to see what happens. Have fun and good luck.
