Guest guest
Dear Miesha, I used to have a very hard time with any funeral. However, after having experienced some pain in life and getting a stronger sense of self and understanding of a bigger picture through meditations, the passing of a loved one is not so hard. I focus on the joy they give to me for having known each other. The life lessons they taught me. The privilege to have the experience of the contact. The knowledge that our paths have crossed and remain crossed forever and the good of that. What racks me is empathy for the pain of others. I do not like seeing friends and family trembling with tears and fear. But the stronger we make ourselves the better for them...and for us. I hope this helps :-) Breathe deeply and draw from every universal source of strength. You'll be amazed at how you can cope, find joy and help others too. -Heidi
Guest guest
Thanks Heidi. I will try my best to be strong especially for my dad... it was his mother. Thank you for your advice and thoughts. - Miesha
