Guest guest
Dear Crystal, > I have been doing KY yoga for 3 years or so now and have always noticed that at the end of my sets and going into meditation I seem to have an extreme amount of energy coming thur my arms and hands, Is there a way to rechannel this energy back into my body or to learn to hold it somewhere in the body? Place your hands on your heart, navel center, other chakras or other places on your body you would like to receive energy. Relax your body and be open to receiving this energy. Play with it. I am sure there are others who would enjoy receiving this healing energy too. Just by placing your hands on them, they will receive it. The hands and arms are an extension of the heart chakra. Let this energy flow. SAt Nam, Gururattan Kaur

Guest guest
Hello to ALL I work in the Hospital and do the Healing pretty often...it's a great source of positive energy we all poses and to give it to needed is a beautiful thing. To all who are interested in learning it get the book of Barbara Brennan call "Hands of Light" It's an exelent book, I think everyone who is in a spirituality has to have it. And more people do the Healing the more positive energy is being sent to the Universe... Wish to All great weekend. Nicole Crystalight11 wrote: Thank You. Guest guest
Dear Guru and Crystal: I have been doing Kriya Yoga the past few years and I notice that my hands get very heavy like magnets. They pulse and throb. Is this a sign that the kundlini is rising?? Guru, thank you for your guidance and recommendation to use that enrgy for healing purpose. Also, one time I had the experience of a sunflower growing up my spine, and the cool thing is that it opened into my head. It happened spontaneiously. I wasn't trying to make it happen. Comments please. thanks-- kenmillerphd Send your FREE holiday greetings online! http://greetings.
Guest guest
Ken, That is so neat, the sunflower as the energy was moving. How did you get into Kriya yoga and what does it involve doing? Crystal
Guest guest
Thank you Gururattan. You're so right. Being present during each of our kriyas is so important, feeling and being without getting caught up in the experience. Crystal

Is this a sign that the > kundlini is rising?? Not really. I would say it is more of opening of the heart chakra, which is part of the opening process. > Guru, thank you for your guidance and recommendation > to use that enrgy for healing purpose. The more we share with others and nurture ourselves, the more our energy moves and opens. > Also, one time I had the experience of a sunflower > growing up my spine, and the cool thing is that it > opened into my head. To embelisish and take advantage of the experiences be present to what is happening. If the energy is opening in your head then listen to your intuition and the cosmic sound and be present to the inner space. If the energy is opening in hands and arms, the heart is opening. Focus on the heart center inside, in front and in the spine. Sat Nam. Gururattan Kaur
