Guest guest
Dear Cris, Thanks for sharing your experiences and for being part of our group. What I like so much about KY is that all we have to do is DO IT. It works. Your experiences are even more proof. >I have been on the millet and tofu diet for a week now and I'm reviewing the lessons. It seems I am lead to the particular lesson I need at the time. This is a very good sign. > I wasn't able to sleep last night after awaking at midnight in tears, I tried to go into the sadness but felt lost. So, I opened up the lessons I had downloaded to my laptop and found myself reading 11-15. While doing the chanting I had thoughts pop in to my mind and point out the > causes of my sorrow -I was able to release what I can not change and process what I needed to accept. I fell asleep at 2am, waking at 8 feeling like I slept soundly for eight hours. I am finding that people process emotions very rapidly these days if they do the chanting and the meditations. It is the alignment with Source, our Soul, the Zone, etc that removes the darkness and unreality of our old programs. It is very liberating. > I've also lost weight and feel very energetic. Wow! > I am very excited about the future and eager to join in these discussions This shift in attitude will be instrumental in your continued progress. I hope this inspires anyone suffering from depression and doubts. A shift is only daily KY practice away. Guest guest
Hi, I am a new member to the group. I have been working with Chakras meditations for over twelve years but due to a particularly traumatic past few years, I have gained a lot of weight and been really stressed out. I have been unable to focus and find balance. I have the video Chakra Yoga and decided to just do it everyday, after a few days my curiosity lead me to the kunaliniyoga.com site and this group. I have been on the millet and tofu diet for a week now and I'm reviewing the lessons. It seems I am lead to the particular lesson I need at the time. I wasn't able to sleep last night after awaking at midnight in tears, I tried to go into the sadness but felt lost. So, I opened up the lessons I had downloaded to my laptop and found myself reading 11-15. While doing the chanting I had thoughts pop in to my mind and point out the causes of my sorrow -I was able to release what I can not change and process what I needed to accept. I fell asleep at 2am, waking at 8 feeling like I slept soundly for eight hours. I've also lost weight and feel very energetic. I am very excited about the future and eager to join in these discussions walk in beauty cris
