I was told that it was not detailed enough - ie what part does one concentrate on when doing a particular set, how long are the sets... Of which is a shame, I love the Kryias in that book. Humbly, Bhagavati Carlos, In my copy of KY for Youth and Joy, it says it is published by 3HO Transcripts, 830 East 37th Ave. Eugene, Oregon 97405. I don't know if this is a current address, as the book reflects kriyas from 1983; nonetheless, it would be worth talking again to someone at Ancient Healing Ways WHO HAS BEEN THERE FOR YEARS, not a new employee, to get more information. Surely someone could at least photocopy the book as long as some royalties were paid back to 3HO Transcripts. Hope this helps.
