ABOUT THE EEOC MEETING AND THE TESTIMONY PRESENTED BY THE COALITION

 

The EEOC is the U.S. federal agency in charge of enforcing anti-discrimination

laws in private employment. After presenting testimony before the EEOC

Commissioners, the Office of Legal Affairs for the Sikh Coalition answered

questions from the EEOC Commissioners on how the EEOC can help prevent

employment discrimination against Sikhs.
