Guest guest
I have been doing some hard work in the garden for the last two weekends, digging & tearing up weeds. I get out of breath real fast and have to stop to catch my breath, is there a breath or chant that works well when one is doing hard physical work that does not require any heavy brain-focus? walk in beauty cris
Guest guest
Try pacing your breath with your work - you may have to work a bit slower. For example going up steep slope, breath in one (or two,three..- whatever fits your pace) step up, breath out, one (or two) steps up - instead of hold breath all way to top. Most manual work can be paced with breath, but it may take a little experimentation to work out what fits. Pacing breath with work helps stamina - think of rowing in, out etc. Frances Kundaliniyoga, Cris Naugle <cris@s...> wrote: > I have been doing some hard work in the garden for the last two > weekends, digging & tearing up weeds.
