Guest guest
I have been doing KY for about six months now, all by way of using videos. I have attended other yoga classes so I'm not unfamilar with that environment. Currently I'm beginning to read books on the different aspects of KY, apart from still doing the video sets, and I'm becoming more interested in developing or doing the sets decribed in the books I have. The problem is, I have no way to time myself which is not annoying or distracting at the same time. Has anyone found a solution to this problem of trying to hold posses for a certain amount of time without becoming distracted by the thought of time itself? Without watching the seconds tick by on a clock? thanks joel Check out Shopping and Auctions for all of your unique holiday gifts! Buy at or bid at http://auctions. You can also use your 10 fingers to count on for a 1 minute holding of the asanas. Hope this well help. Blessings! Guest guest
Dear Joel, get a timer, set it, and just keep up till it goes off. This is most helpful in meditation when you really don't want to be looking at a clock. Get one that runs on battery, not the ticking kind. You may still think about the time, but put on some sacred music and think about that instead.
