Hi--

 

My name is Barbara and I'm 47 and coming into meditation from a long

standing on-and-off relationship with Hatha Yoga. I am starting the

Hatha Yoga again on a daily basis and I'm finding I need the meditation

to help with stress (lots of toxic people in the world). Any advice on

meditation cds/tapes? I am finding I need some verbal guidance not just

music. Any help is appreciated.
