Happy New Year!

 

So far so good on day 1 of the Millet diet. Boy was I ready for it

after the holidays.

 

My new years resolution is to deepen my commitment to Kundalini Yoga

with 40 days of the millet diet, some yoga every day even if just a

short 15 min set, and work with the Gobinday mantra.
