Merry Meet,

I recently started practicing these lessons on the course because when I was

taking them before, i was lacking on practice, so I just decided to start

over on the first lesson. I have to say, I love the first lesson, silent

meditation, I have learned a lot from it, about myself and just it is so

wonderful, ,but I have a question. I keep falling to sleep sometimes during

meditation, and i don't know how to stay awake. Sometimes I meditate extra

after the 31 minutes because I love the meditation so much, ,and sometimes,

but not usually, I fall to sleep before the 31 minutes are up, and other

times after. I extended the practice to about an hour because I love to

meditation so much, but how can I stay awake? I found a few ways that help a

little, for isntance, i find it's easier to stay awake laying down than

sitting up, because when I sit up, I just kind of droop over after a while,

hehe. Gravity has too much of an effect on me, hehe! Anyway, that's about

all I have figured out to help, and so I'm asking this list what I can do.

Bless'd be

Leaf

The universe is golden,

the universe is magickal.

Feel the touch of the Horn'd One warm you,

See the light of the Goddess guide you on your path.

Let the universe shine upon you,

Let the universe flow through you.

Know it to be the God and Goddess joined together,

know them as all that exists.

See them shine through everyone you meet during your day,

So may you always be bless'd.
