Guest guest
Sat Nam, students, teachers, friends, Some of you may have had the blessing of meeting Yogi Bhajan in his physical body. (Sometimes he meets people in dreams – that's where I first met him, many years before I knew there was such a person.) Some of you may have seen some of his video taped classes. Most of you connect to him through the technology of Kundalini Yoga. Some of you are aware of the great sacrifice Yogi Bhajan has continued to make for us and for the world for over three decades. I have it on good authority that more disasters are likely and that it is only through our prayers that nothing happened around Jan 1. When I got this email re his present state of health, I also got that he's been taking on that danger, pain, and anger just as he does with our personal crap during Tantric courses – he is the Mahan Tantric – that's what he does! He's said for years that it's only our prayers that have kept his body on the planet. Personally, I'm mighty glad he's stuck around. Now, more than ever, he and the world need our prayers – our communication with our innermost Self. Please do Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung every day, whether you have a tape or CD of a rendition set to music or just chant it as best you can. Picture YB in perfect health; picture the world in perfect health, prosperity, and love. Do it for 11 minutes without fail as a bare minimum. It's the least you can do to give something back to your teacher. Do it for 31 minutes as a significant contribution to the world. Or do it for 62 minutes as a gift of love. But please do it. Only God can change destiny, and He/She/It listens when we connect through prayer and meditation. Even if you do it badly, please do it; your purity and intent will cover you. Please pass this along to anyone With love, Sat Nam, Sat Hari Kaur

Anybody else want to help with this?????? basically your intent to send the healing energy to Yogi Bhajan is the key factor So...visualize him bring the healing light in to you as you chant and then visualize the breath you exhale at the end carrying in it all the healing energy you have gathered and then float it directly out to him literally breath the healing light to him...simply send it to him with your loving intent. It will work for him and for you. Humbly Guru Tera Kaur
Guest guest
The meditation is "Ra Ma Da Sa", pause for a few seconds, then "Sa Say So Hung". It is called the "Siri Gaitri Mantra" Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung Ra- sun, Ma-moon, Da-earth, Sa-impersonal infinity, Say-totality of experience and it is personal, So-personal sense of merger and identity, Hung-the infinite vibrating and real. “I am Thou” Sitting in easy pose, elbows relaxed at the lower ribs, extend your forearms at a 45 degree angle from the horizontal and 45 degrees from the plane formed by your back (as though it were resting against a wall). Yours palms are parallel to the ceiling. This places a pressure which stimulates several meridians in the wrist (triple warmer, pericardium, etc) along with nervous system. Do the mantra on one deep breath with the pause in the middle. Challenge, somewhat, and expand your pranic capacity. You are setting up the energy with the first part and projecting it out with the second part. I will gladly recite it over the phone so you can hear how it is done. One day I'll figure out how to put this on my website so you can just check it out there. Guest guest
Thank you so much this was very helpful. I think I have done a similar mantra in the past so I will go with what little experience I have. Bright Blessings Goldmoon --- MieshaLarkins wrote: > Hi, > This is the way im doing it.
