I have been doing Hatha and other styles of Yoga and meditation for many years, but over the past year, I am more and more drawn to the Kundalini Yoga tradition in my personal practice. Unfortunately it is difficult for me to get to the few Kundalini classes offered in my area so I am seeking guidance via books and the web. I appreciate your online community very much and have already benefitted from the posts. Thank you very much! I look forward to new spiritual experiences.
