Hi! I am new to this group and would like to introduce

myself. My name is Cindy, and I am an amatuer at

practicing Kundalini Yoga. However the 8 times I

attended Kundalini Yoga classes have been beneficial

to me as I have learned the importance of listening to

my body and meditating. I also took a few private yoga

classes which I trully enjoyed and have been

practicing what I learned at home. This year I have

made a committment to learn more about Kundalini and

to make time at least four to three times a week to

practice this.

 

I am very interested in learning and applying this

knowledge to my spiritual life. I am also a mental

health counselor and find that meditation helps me to

unwind, unload other people's emotions and fill myself

with peace.

 

I am looking forward to being a member of this group.

Welcome Cindy, Kundalini Yoga has changed my life in so many ways. It is

like having a caring mother who will give you all the help you need if you
