Set for anxiety & depression

My name is Jeanette. I was in this group a couple of years ago and have just

gotten back on the internet. I'm really excited to be involved with the

discussions again. I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga regularly for a

year and off and on for 2 years. I have an ongoing difficulty with anxiety

and depression. Are there any sets that are designed for this? Thanks and

Sat Nam Jeanette,

When Yogi Bhajan visited Trinidad someone was suffering from

constant anxiety and depression. He recommended Sat Kriya, 31 minutes in the

morning and 31 minutes in the evening. We got a group together and did it with

him for forty days. You can start small but do it every day. Hope this helps.
