Guest guest
Greetings, I have just recently joined the list and wanted to introduce myself. I am 32 and after years of interest in yoga, have decided that it is time for the interest to action instead of mere speculation. I found the list through the Kundalini Yoga website where the lessons are posted and have printed a few out to embark on my journey. My first question is ... is there any set time you should spend on one lesson before moving on to the next, or is it like anything else, that you study one lesson until you have a grasp on it and then move on to the next? Other than that, I would just like to say that I am glad that I found this group and look forward to the learning that lays ahead of me. Now I'm off to start TRYING to catch up with everyone ... well almost everyone. Guest guest
Dear Rowan. welcome to the group....I too started some time back and had the same questions as you have. About the lessons...I think your latter option is perfect..read one.let it sink in for a few days...try all tht out..and then go the nxt one..reading each lesson a day would be too much..actually it all also depends upon your curiosity...just don't make it routine and don't rush with things..let it sink in.. HOpe this helps.. Sat Nam Preeti Send FREE video emails in Mail! http://promo./videomail/
