This is for anyone who can help me. I started the millet diet 6 days ago

and so far, so good. I figure that there must be some math formula involved

here about the amount of weight needed to lose to the ratio and speed of

weight lost. I have lost 31/2 pounds!!! My question is, can another grain

be substituted for the millet? I have tried so many recipes for it and

still find it not to my liking. I can tell that I will not be able to go

the full 40 days with it. Can I substitute amaranth, quinoa, cous-cous,

bulghar or rice, or is the fat or the sugar content of these too high?

 

Also, someone asked about KY videos, I use Ravi's "Fat Free Yoga", and

"Kundalini Yoga a Complete Course for beginners" with Nirvair Singh Khalsa.

There are 12 classes so there are 12 routines.
