Guest guest
http://www.sahej.com/turbans.html Sat Nam Dev Dharam Kaur, Are you near an ashram? If not, wait until next Solstice. You will need help just getting it on your head. Secondly, you will want to try it many times yourself and the more you are able to watch experienced turban wearers tie theirs on the more you will learn. For the first few months my look, feel and style varied. By the way I know folks who have been on the path for years and have been wearing a turban everyday and they still look like Papa Smurph. I do find that my turban definitely goes on easier and looks better when I have done my Sadhana. I believe it is not only my increased patience but my sensitivity and increased sense of the esthetic. It is an artistic expression. By the way, like you, my first experience was real strong. My browpoint buzzed for days and that was a first. I even sweated because I was used to dressing "down" and not standing out. I posted some pictures of folks getting their first turban at http://www.sahej.com/turbans.html Check it out.
