Guest guest
Speaking of soy, I've heard these bad things about soy but still I've been eating almost a pound of tofu daily on the millet diet and it seems to agree with me, in fact I feel very good on this diet. Of course, how good I feel may also have to do with what I am NOT eating. I do include seaweed in my diet, maybe I should make a point to do so more often. I tend to believe that different people do well with different foods (like Inuit people who were in fine health eating whale blubber until flour & sugar were introduced to their diet) It is not always easy to tell which foods will serve you best but I believe our bodies can tell us. I had a very telling dream the other night. I was offered a "suicide platter" (my subconscious was not being very subtle) It was a huge platter of thick fatty bacon slabs and a big pile greasy fried eggs. I decided maybe I didn't want it. Pretty clear what foods I should avoid! The cynic in me wonders if the scientists saying bad things about soy are funded by corporate beef or dairy industries.
