Guest guest
Regarding the discussion of "Soy", I remember that Yogi Bhajan had lectured on "Food and your Mental Attitude" 08/29/88. About tofu he saids, "everybody wants to understand that tofu is the most powerful thing, but if you do not cook it right and eat it right, you can never digest it... That's the only thing he mentioned regarding soy, but the rest was a good read. (www.3ho.org) under Yogi Bhajan's Lectures. Guest guest
I know of one pretty wild recipe that involved a bunch of lemon juice, red chilis, tamari and garlic. It was intense. I know nothing more except it was good for depression and the taste buds. Guest guest
Dear Nicole, > ....sounds yummy, but I'm Pita and have to avoid all this spice....poor little me... Actually, lucky you that you get to do what works for you. I am Pita and I enjoy seasoning foods with Braggs, olive oil, mineral salt in cooking and light spices. My experience is that if I do what works for my body, I enjoy it more -- during and after. This includes other areas of taking care of myself besides food.
