Guest guest Posted January 18, 2002 Report Share Posted January 18, 2002 I have read all the posts about Hot showers i have a question. 1)Is it okay to take a cold shower immediately after a hot shower. 2)Will it not have any effect on the person's sytem in the long run ........especially the heart? 3)I am unable to have a cold shower because the day i take little cold shower i feel very sick and drowsy............i feel okay only if i have a hot shower. 4)Is this shower just a shower and not having a full bath.
