Someone earlier mentioned adding seaweed to the diet. I occasionally

follow a Macrobiotic diet, which is wonderful for me. I find adding a

little seaweed to the meal has a beneficial effect. Besides being

healthy, as was said,it contains many minerals, it calms my mind and

gives me an over-all feeling of well-being. Very remarkable.

 

Seaweed has many types and I recommend Dulse. I just chop it up right

out of the package and add to my cooking vegetables right before they

are done. Dulse tastes salty.

Other seaweeds require more preparation and to my mind do not taste

as good.

So try them out...
