Guest guest Posted January 19, 2002 Report Share Posted January 19, 2002 Someone earlier mentioned adding seaweed to the diet. I occasionally follow a Macrobiotic diet, which is wonderful for me. I find adding a little seaweed to the meal has a beneficial effect. Besides being healthy, as was said,it contains many minerals, it calms my mind and gives me an over-all feeling of well-being. Very remarkable. Seaweed has many types and I recommend Dulse. I just chop it up right out of the package and add to my cooking vegetables right before they are done. Dulse tastes salty.
