Guest guest
Sat Nam, I often listen to meditation CD's from office and try to go thr' some spiritual material during breaks. I want to know if it by any means not effective at all? I also want to know if meditation is forbidden for women during her mensutration cycle, I know that we should avoid excercises. Guest guest
Namaste, To answer your first question, as Yogi Bhajan said, live happily, healthy and holy. As well on top of what you're already doing, while working, try to breathe consciously. Chanting sat mentally on the inhale and chanting nam mentally on the exhale. To answer your second question, as far as I know its not forbidden to practice meditation during your menstruation cycle. Though there are certain things you should avoid while on your menstruation cycle, such as breath of fire and doing mulbhand.
