sheep skin

It depends on the sheepskin. If it is washable wash in cold water on the

delicate cycle of your machine in Ivory Snow ( not Woolite) . Then comb

with a wide toothed comb - I use a wooden one- and then line dry. I

suppose you would have to dry clean a non washable one, though I am no

expert on this.

San Nam Siri Devta Kaur,

My sheep skin is from New Zealand, I can't remember the brand, it begins

with a B, anyway, I put in the washer on cold water with woolite. Hang to

dry or dry on very low. Afterwards I take a brush to it while slightly

damp. It comes out rather nice.

Blessings,

Samantha

Hello to All.

I'm always wondering why people take extra precautions when it comes to care for

natural fur. Sheep didn't care when she was wearing it....hmmm, just some food

for thoughts ....

It isn't so much the natural fur, it is the leather. Using hot water and

harsh detergents could damage the skin.
