Guest guest
I once heard one of my teachers answer the quesion of how to disconnect (so to speak) from another person's aura. She said to do the "Meditation to Tranquilize the Mind" from the Survival Kit Book. I haven't tried it myself for the purpose of relief from negativity of others, but it seems connected. If you do it, let me know what happens. Contact me directly if you need more info. on the source.
