Guest guest
Hello to All. I wonder if anyone knows about special breathing and(or) chanting or else while jogging. Purpose: keep my breath steady, going out of breath... Any input greatly appreciated. Have a good day. Sat Nam Nicole. Walk In Beauty Auctions Great stuff seeking new owners! Bid now! Guest guest
You can employ Gurucharan's Breathwalk (http://www.breathwalk.com/) technology into running. Basically inhaling 4 strokes while mentally reciting Sa Ta Na Ma and exhaling 4 strokes Wa He Gu Ru. You can also add the same finger motions used while doing Kirtan Kriya. This breath assures that you are actually breathing deeply enough to not go anaerobic. It is amazing how far a human can go without breathing correctly. A lot of people are just running on nerves and adrenaline!! Any exercise should challenge you but after a layout you should feel energized and refreshed. Hope that helps, Dharam nicole cursel wrote: > Hello to All. I wonder if anyone knows about special breathing and(or) chanting or else while jogging. Guest guest
Sat Nam Nicole, While at a retreat for energy work we learned the following: One step in hale the next step exhale. You can do inhale, inhale, exhale, exhale. On the inhale you could chant Sat and exhale, Nam. It keeps your energy with you. Try it. It is quite remarkable. I know there is breath and someone can probably fill you in on it. Blessings, Samantha p.s. any ?s e me.
